Primera is proudly locally owned by friends and business partners, Gary White and Harrison Horne. What began as a shared passion for the trades has grown into a full-service company built on hard work, trust, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Harrison, an FSR Electrician and Gary, a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic and Gas B Fitter, were born and raised on Vancouver Island and have spent their careers building trusted relationships throughout the community. In early 2024, Gary joined Harrison, expanding Primera’s ability to provide complete electrical, mechanical and refrigeration solutions for homes and businesses across Vancouver Island.
Today, Primera is proud to support a wide range of clients, including homeowners, commercial businesses, restaurants, hospitality, property managers, strata corporations, cannabis and industrial facilities, and indigenous communities. Our team is committed to quality workmanship, dependable service, and building long-term relationships through honest communication and reliable results.
