Primera is a locally owned family business dedicated to providing high-quality and reliable mechanical services to Greater Victoria and surrounding areas.
Harrison Horne and Gary White became friends in 2021 while working alongside each other on various construction sites throughout the Greater Victoria Area. Harrison, an FSR Red Seal Electrician, and Gary, a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic, found common ground in their love for the trades and commitment to quality workmanship.
Their working friendship then grew to a working relationship when Gary joined Primera Electrical in early 2024 and started the Primera Mechanical division. Together, they aim to maintain high standards of work while building an outstanding work culture of like-minded professionals.
